System Structure

Standard Layers in the Sandwich Running Track System

01 Layer 1 – PU Primer (PFS-PU-ARP-01)

Ensures strong adhesion between the substrate and the PU layers.

02 Layer 2 – PU Base Layer (Elastic PU Cushion)

Provides shock absorption and surface resilience.

03 Layer 3 – PU Wear Layer (PFS-PU-PF-03)

High-strength polyurethane top coat for durability.

04 Layer 4 – EPDM Broadcast / Texture

EPDM granules may be added for grip, depending on stadium requirement.
