PFS LIAH SW TRACK is a premium, in-situ installed polyurethane athletic track system engineered to deliver maximum comfort, resilience, and performance.
Built on a poured SBR base layer, the system integrates a pore sealer, self-leveling PU wear coat, and EPDM broadcast top layer, forming a durable, slip-resistant, and high-grip surface for professional and recreational use.
Ideal for stadiums, schools, and sports complexes, the PFS PU RT-SW system is IAAF-compliant, long-lasting, and capable of withstanding heavy use and extreme weather conditions.

PFS–PU–ARP–01 (PU Primer)
One-component polyurethane primer that ensures excellent adhesion and deep substrate penetration.

PFS–SBR + PFS–PU–ARB–02 (Rubber Base + PU Binder)
A resilient base layer made from recycled SBR granules (1–4 mm) bound with PU binder.
Provides superior shock absorption, elasticity, and drainage.

PFS–PU–PS–03 (Pore Sealer)
Two-component polyurethane pore filler that seals the rubber base, creating a smooth, impermeable surface for subsequent coatings.

PFS–PU–SL–04 (Self-Leveling PU Layer)
Two-component, elastic, solvent-free self-leveling polyurethane layer forming a durable wear coat with excellent UV and impact resistance.

PFS–EPDM 1.3 (EPDM Granules)
UV-stable, colored EPDM granules broadcast onto the top layer to provide slip resistance, color retention, and aesthetic appeal.
